How is pricing structured?

We offer the three plans outlined above. We charge a monthly subscription fee over a annual term contract for the Retailer and Custom plans. You can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time. We also offer a consulting services option which provides analysis of feedback supported by MachineCore's expertise in this space. For each of these plans we have a set pricing structure, but we don't publicize this pricing so that we can understand your business before determine the appropriate plan for you.

What kind of return on investment can I expect?

We know that if you don't get at least a 4x return on your investment in our services, you will not recommend us, and you will not continue with your subscription. We have seen businesses get a 100x return on our services and we are confident in our ability to provide the customer insights that can transform your business performance, provided that you take action on the recommendations that our CXAI platform produces for you.

Can we setup different campaigns for analysis?

Yes, you can setup an unlimited number of campaigns or customer feedback sources and upload comments to them. This means that you can do separate analysis by location, by channel, by product, by time period. Whatever separate types of analysis are important to your business, you can accomplish through the CXAI platform.

How many customer comments do I need to provide?

You need to collect or provide about 500 customer comments before you will start to see the full value of MachineCore's CXAI platform. However, you will start to gain business value after the first 100 comments collected or uploaded into the platform.  For full statistical power we recommend 2000 comments or greater.

Is there a limit on the number of comments we can collect or analyze?

No. Subscription to MachineCore's services means that you can collect and analyze an unlimited number of customer comments. In fact the CXAI platform can analyze 10,000 comments in a just a few hours. The more customer feedback you add the better the recommendations are and the more the artificial intelligence learns about your business, which further improves the results you will see.

Do we need special training to use your services?

No. The CXAI platform dashboard has been designed for executive usage, meaning that it is intuitive and easy for any business user. It is helpful to assign an administrator who can manage user accounts, and upload feedback or integrate the feedback button onto your website. However, this only requires a basic level of technical expertise. All that being said, MachineCore will assist, and can provide training and support as needed for your business.

What languages do you support?

MachineCore's CXAI platform currently supports the English language only. There are future plans to expand to Spanish, French, German, Chinese and Dothraki.
